In order to be more organized and to be able to react in emergencies, I do not transfer the monthly package hours to the next month. However, I offer annual contracts to support this. If I see that I need an extra hour or two to complete the task, I will let you know before I start work. The additional hours are known as overtime, and the price of overtime is USD 40 / hour. If you see that you will regularly need extra time each month, I would recommend that you upgrade the plan or discuss an individual support package for you.
